Kengo Kuma was born in 1954. He established Kengo Kuma & Associates in 1990. He is currently a University Professor and Professor Emeritus at the University of Tokyo and a member of the Japan Art Academy after teaching at Keio University and the University of Tokyo. KKAA projects are currently underway in more than 50 countries. Kengo Kuma proposes architecture that opens up new relationships between nature, technology, and human beings.

Princess Pea is the alter ego of Indian Artist Natasha Preenja, whose work explores gender identity, the body, and self-worth. Drawing on feminist literature, mythology, and traditional crafts, her practice explores the politics and aesthetics of care, domesticity, and women-led narratives of self. Trained as a painter, she works across drawing, photography, sculpture, and performance. In collaboration with Jaipur Rugs, her collection, named DAYS, presents the language of craft as a form of resistance and renewal, a way for women to reclaim their stories, one knot, one day at a time.

Fueled by an insatiable curiosity, New York designer Peter D’Ascoli has spent over four decades traveling the world researching decorative arts. Lorenzo Vitturi (b. 1980, Venice, IT) works in photography, sculpture, and installation. Following his experience as a cinema set painter, Vitturi builds sets and sculptures inspired by specific geographical locations. Vitturi pays attention to places where phenomena of urban transformation and cultural hybridization are most visible.

Paris-based designer Tatiana de Nicolay, a former fashion tastemaker, brings artistic elegance to interiors. Her Jardins du Monde collection pays homage to Albert Kahn’s architectural legacy, reimagining his Parisian garden into seven landscapes inspired by global beauty, seamlessly transforming them into exquisite carpet designs infused with joyful details and imagination.

The respected architect Michele de Lucchi rethinks traditional carpet construction, creating a series of contemporary kilims. Breaking the carpet into a patchwork, he stitches them back together in geometric compositions.
